摘要
为扩大小波变换轮廓术在三维测量领域的应用,提出了获得物体三维形貌的方法。该技术基于复Morlet小波变换理论,采用结构光照明,用最大值法提取小波变换的脊,获得变形光栅的包裹相位及整幅图像的包裹相位分布,再做相位展开。实验表明,该方法的误差在-0.37~0.38rad,能够满足物体三维测量技术要求。
Targeted at expanding the application of wavelet transform profilometry(WTP) in the field of 3D measurement,this paper discusses a method based on complex Morlet wavelet of three-dimension profile information.The method consists of initially using structured light illumination,extracting wavelet transform ridge with the maximum method,and then getting wrapped phase of deformed grating images and the phase distribution of whole package and unwrapping phase.The method,with the errors ranging between-0.37 rad and 0.38 rad,is up to the technical requirements of 3D measurement.
