摘要
哈萨克族牧民定居是一个复杂的过程，定居方式也因地而异。无论何种方式的定居都使其传统文化发生着变化，文化心理意识的变化随之产生，表现在文化心理结构的转化等方面。定居既给牧民带来了发展的机遇，也造成了相应的心理压力，因此对定居牧民进行心理疏导，是牧区社会稳定和发展的途径之一。
The settle-- down of Kazak nomads is a complex process and the way of it is different in varied areas. Whatever the settle-- down is,it caused the changes of traditional culture and cultural psychological sense correspondingly. Settle--down offers nomads both developing opportunities and psychological pressure. Thus, providing psychological counseling to nomads is one way of promoting social stability and development.
