摘要
为制定中国健康青年女性血沉参考值的统一标准提供科学依据，收集了中国各地用温氏法测定的健康青年女性血沉参考值，并对其与海拔高度的关系进行了研究。结果：随着海拔高度的逐渐增大，健康青年女性血沉参考值逐渐减小，其相关关系具有高度显著性（ｒ＝－０６０２，Ｐ＜００１），用一元回归分析的方法推导出回归方程：＾Ｙ＝１９３９－０００３５９Ｘ±７７１。提示：已知中国某地的海拔高度。
In order to supply a basis for the reference value criterion of erothrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR) of Chinese healthy young women, a research was carried out on relationship between the reference value of Chinese young women’s erythrocyte sedimentation rate and altitude determined by the way of wintrobe lows. It was found that as the altitude increased gradually, the reference value of Chinese healthy young women’s erothrocyte sedimentation rate decreased gradually, having strong correlation( r =-0.602, P <0.01). By using mathematical regression analysis, one regression equation was given out: =19.39-0.003 59 X ±7.71. Findings indicate that if altitude is obtained in some area, the reference value of Chinese healthy women’s ESR of this area can be reckoned using regression equation.
