摘要
黑龙江省作为全国重要的商品粮生产基地,为农业企业的发展提供了得天独厚的条件。但是,由于农业企业规模偏小、技术创新能力不强、人才匮乏、外部环境不完善等原因导致黑龙江省农业企业竞争力很弱。为此,农业企业应该采取企业并购、加强人才培养、增加科研投资、改善企业外部环境等对策提升黑龙江省农业企业竞争能力。
As an important national commodity grain production base, Heilongjiang Province has provided exceptionally favorable conditions for the development of agricultural enterprises. But, the scale of the agrieuhural enterprises is too small.the ability to innovate is not strong, the talent people is Scarcity and the External environment is imperfect, all of these make the agrieuhural enterprises in Heilongjiang Province lack of competitiveness. To improve this condition, these agricultural enterprises should take some useful measures, such as mergers and acquisitions, strengthening personnel training, increasing investment in scientific research, improving the external environment, these measures will enhance the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises in Heilongjiang Province.
