基于虚拟样机技术的高速电梯整机系统动力学仿真

摘要 以一台400m/s高速电梯为对象,研究了基于虚拟样机技术的高速电梯整机系统动力学仿真问题。用Pro/E和ADAMS建立了高速电梯系统的几何模型,然后在ADAMS平台上完成高速电梯整机系统虚拟样机建模,最后在ADAMS中对其进行动力学特性仿真分析。动态特性仿真分析结果反映了高速电梯系统的实际运行情况,为高速电梯系统的设计改进提供了可靠的参考依据。 The 4.00m/s high-speed elevator was taken as research object. The dynamics problems for the high- speed elevator system were studied based on virtual prototype technology. The geometric models were built in the integrating simulation environment, which integrated Pro/E and ADAMS. Then, on the platform of ADAMS, the virtual prototype model of high-speed elevator system was established. Finally the dynamics problems were simulated and analyzed in ADAMS environment. The dynamics simulation result reflected the actual situation of high-speed elevator, which can provide reliable references for the design and improvement of the high- speed elevator system.
