摘要
目的迅速查明CY区H镇某工厂部分工人突发肠道疾病的原因。方法通过卫生学调查,将该工厂食堂残余食物和饮用水源进行实验室检验,临床对患病工人迅速有效地留院观察治疗。结果这是一起由该厂蓄水池的水源受污染致肠道疾病的发生,在政府和有关职能部门通力合作并采取有效措施的情况下,事件迅速得到控制平息。结论要有效地防止食物中毒,控制突发公共卫生事件,真正保障公共卫生安全,必须站在"大社会"的角度分析问题,必须要有法律保障、政府牵头、卫生应急、规范管理、全民配合。
Objective Quick find out reason of a parts of workers break out bowel disease in some factory the CY area H town;Methods through thehygiene investigate,examinating remaining food and drinking headwaters of factory dining room in experiment room,quick availably observating and treatmenting ill workers;Results this is a trouble of the factory headwaters subjected pollution result bowel disease occurrence,adopt valid measureunder in the government and working talent section,the affairs is quick to get a control to quell;Conclusion It is the effective to prevent food poisoning,control abrupt public hygiene affairs,real guarantee public hygiene safety,must analysis problem under ＂big society＂ angle,must law guarantee,government lead,hygiene emergency,norm management,people match.
