摘要
目的:探讨功能型甲壳素护创膜临床应用于深静脉穿刺部位预防皮肤炎性反应发生,延长深静脉置管留置时间的效果。方法:将600例使用深静脉穿刺置管的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各300例。实验组采用功能型甲壳素护创膜粘贴固定,对照组采用普通窗口型无菌透明辅料粘贴固定;2组均按常规深静脉穿刺、更换粘贴膜2次/周。结果:对照组穿刺口红肿疼痛、局部硬结发生率与实验组相比,差异有显著性(P<0.05);而对照组的穿刺口渗血、渗液与实验组相比,差异有非常显著性(P=0.002)。实验组深静脉置管留置时间明显长于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:功能型甲壳素护创膜粘贴固定深静脉置管穿刺点能降低皮肤炎性反应的发生,延长深静脉置管留置的时间。
Objective：To the usage effect of function chition wound dressing in deep venepuncture location in clinic to obviate the inflammatory reaction of the skin and to prolong the detaining duration of the deep venous tubing.Methods：600 cases with deep venous tubing were divided into experimental group and control group at random,function chition wound dressing was used in experimental group and ordinary sterile transparent adhesive films with frame was used in control group.ln both groups,the membrane would be replaced 2 times per a week,according to the routine of deep venepuncture.Results：Compared with the experimental group,the incidence rate of red swelling,pain and local induration in control group showed a significant deviation（P〈0.05）,a very significant deviation（P=0.002）,showed in the incidence rate of errhysis and seepage.But compared with the control group,detaining duration of deep venous tubing was much longer in experimental group（P〈0.05）.Conelusion：Using function chition wound dressing to fix the location of deep venepuncture,could decrease the incidence rate of skin inflammatory reaction and prolong the detaining duration of the deep venous tubing.
