摘要
以氯化钴,水合肼为起始原料,乙二醇为溶剂,采用溶剂热法制得链状结构的金属钴亚微米粒子。通过X射线粉末衍射(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等对制样品组成、形貌和结构进行了表征。结果表明,制得的样品为六角堆积(hcp)结构的钴单质,所得的粒子呈链状聚集状态,长度10μm~15μm,构成长链的次级结构为球形,尺寸在400nm~800nm。采用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测试了样品的静磁性能,饱和磁化强度(Ms)、剩磁(Mr)和矫顽力(Hc)分别为163.76emu/g,12.88emu/g和104.20Oe。同时简要探讨了链状结构的钴亚微米粒子形成机理,初步认为链状结构的形成过程是一个络合—还原—成核—组装的过程。
Chain-like cobalt assemblies were successfully prepared by the solvothermal method using COCl2·4H2O and N2H4·H2O as raw materials, and cetyltrimethylamonium bromide (CTAB) as surfactant. Microstructure and morphology of the prepared products has been characterized by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM), scanning electron microscopy(SEM), and selected area electron diffraction(SAED) and X-ray diffraction(XRD). The results showed the assemblies have chain-like apparent structure with a length of up to several micrometers. The individual sub-microspheres had a diameter of 400-800 nm. Magnetic hysteresis measurement revealed that the chain-like Co assemblies displayed ferromagnetic behaviors with a saturation magnetization of 163.76 emu/g and a coercivity of 104.20 Oe at room temperature. The mechanism of the formation of chain-like Co particles was also simply investigated.
