摘要
主要采用文献资料法、经验总结法和综合归纳法等,以"创新学"原理,用实例证实当代体育教师创新性劳动的主要特征。实证研究认为:创新型体育教师应具备五个方面的要求;体育教师的教学创新劳动主要表现在内容的选择性、方法的多样性、组织的独特性、考核的多元性方面;体育教师的创新成果主要体现在复合类、简易类、小件类和乡土类器材的制造方面;创新方法主要有组合创新法、改进创新法、联想创新法和移植创新法。通过实证给同行的启示是积极的、有效的。
This article mainly uses the literature review, experience and comprehensive induction and so on, by " the innova- tion study" principle, uses the example to demonstrate the essential features of contemporary physical education teachers'inno- vative work. Empirical studies suggest that there are five requirements for an innovative physical education teacher; content se- lectivity, method multiplicity, distinctive organization, and test diversity. It also describes four aspects of innovative outcome and four innovative methods of physical education teachers.
