摘要
目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在2型糖尿病下肢血管病变诊断中的应用。方法:应用彩色多普勒超声对81例糖尿病患者及50例对照组的下肢动脉进行检查,观察血管内径、内中膜厚度、管壁有无斑块、管腔有无狭窄、血流有无充盈缺损等情况。结果:2型糖尿病组患者下肢血管管腔的粥样硬化斑块、狭窄、闭塞的发生率明显高于对照组,且2型糖尿病组下肢血管病变,以腘动脉以下的中小血管病变为主,尤以足背动脉为著。结论:彩色多普勒超声是2型糖尿病患者下肢血管病变检查的首选方法,对早期诊断、预防及治疗具有非常重要的临床指导意义。
Objective： To evaluate the color Doppler ultrasound in type 2 diabetes lower limb vascular disease diagnosis. Methods： Color Doppler ultrasound of 81 patients with diabetes mellitus and 50 cases of lower extremity arteries in the control group to inspect, observe the blood vessel diameter, intima - media thickness, whether the wall plaques, the lumen whether narrow, blood flow whether filling defect and so on. Results： The patients with type 2 diabetes lower limb vascular lumen of athemsclerotic plaque, stenosis or occlusion were significantly higher, and type 2 diabetes lower extremity vascular disease, to small blood vessels below the popliteal artery lesions mainly especially the dorsalis pedis artery. Conclusion： Color Doppler ultrasound in patients with type 2 diabetes, lower extremity vascular disease check the preferred method for early diagnosis, prevention and treatment has a very important clinical significance.
