摘要
在热轧薄窄料时,工作辊辊端压靠问题十分突出,引起带钢所承受的轧制压力、辊间接触压力和辊缝横向刚度等与非压靠状态有很大不同。文章详细分析压靠工况下的受力和变形特征,建立了工作辊辊端压靠的判别方法,并以影响函数法为基础,研究了压靠工况下的辊系变形模型。并应用该模型对压靠的各工况进行分析,所得结论可用于指导生产。
When a narrow thin strip is rolled on hot rolling mills, the edges of the work rolls may touch and deform. In such case, the actual rolling pressure on the strip, the rolls' contacting force and the lateral stiffness of groove are different from the normal conditions. In this paper, a detailed analysis of the stress and deformation characteristics about edge contact of work rolls had been carried out, a new identification method and deformation model for edge contact of work rolls in hot rolling was developed based on influencial function method. In addition, a lot of working conditions have been discussed and the conclusions derived can be used as guide for production.
