摘要
在教师专业化研究的基础上,对小学教师校本培训模式进行了探讨。构建了适应本校校情的开放式、专题性、个性化等教师培训模。
In the teacher specialization research foundation,has carried on the discussion to the elementary school teacher collated and corrected copy training pattern. Constructed adapted this school school sentiment open style, teachers and so on special subject, personalization trains the mold.
