摘要
目的:观察润肝明目汤对干眼症的临床疗效。方法:运用润肝明目汤对干眼症患者45例90只眼进行治疗,观察治疗前后干眼症的阳性病史和自觉症状、泪液分泌试验(schimentest)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素钠染色的改变。结果:总有效率86.67%。结论:润肝明目汤对干眼症的治疗有一定疗效。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Run Gan Ming Mu Decoction in treating xerophthalmia.Methods：Run Gan Ming Mu Decoction was given to 45 patients with xerophthalmia.Changes of positive history and dry eye symptoms,Schirmer test（schimentest）,tear film break-up time（BUT）,corneal sodium fluorescein staining were observed before and after treatment.Results：The total effective rate was 86.67%.Conclusion：Run Gan Ming Mu Decoction is effective in the treatment of xerophthalmia.
