摘要
以深圳证券交易所营运中心抬升裙楼钢结构安装工程为背景,对实际超大钢结构节点高空原位拼焊过程进行了变形分析,高空原位拼焊过程的模拟由有限元软件ANSYS中的生死单元技术来实现,分析过程考虑了焊缝分层和非线性对结构变形的影响,分析结果表明该焊接过程是保证该节点精确定位的理想焊接方式。
This paper is based on the background of steel structure assembling project for the uplift podium of Shenzhen stock exchange operations center.It analyzes welding deformation of the large steel joint during its in-situ upper air installing procedure.Simulation of welding procedure of the large steel joint during in-situ upper air installing is realized by birth-dead skills of the finite element software ANSYS.The analysis process has considered the influence of the weld layer and non linearity to structural deformation.The results reflect it is an ideal welding method to ensure that the joint is accurately positioned.
