摘要
利用盆栽试验,研究了铅递进胁迫对大蒜叶片叶绿素含量、游离脯氨酸含量和过氧化物酶活性的影响。结果表明,随着土壤中铅含量的升高,大蒜叶片出现不同程度失绿,大蒜叶片叶绿素含量呈现先升高后降低的趋势,游离脯氨酸含量则先降低后升高,过氧化物酶活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势,耐性指数呈现降低趋势。
Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of progressive lead stress on physiological properties of garlic.The chlorophyll content,free proline content and peroxidase in the leaves of garlic were determined.With the increasing of Pb concentration,the leaves presents different extent chlorosis;chlorophyll content increased firstly and then decreased;whileas the free proline content decreased firstly and then increased;peroxidase activities increased firstly and then decreased.The tolerance index of root decreased with the increasing of Pb concentration.
