摘要 采用测试法及有限元法分析起重机工字钢轨下翼缘的局部弯曲应力,得出了适合我国工字钢轨局部弯曲应力计算的公式及图表曲线,归纳出最大合成局部弯曲应力作用点与轮压作用点间的关系;介绍了国内外已用的几种计算工字钢轨局部弯曲应力的公式。 Local bending stress in bottom flange of I-beam crane rail is analysed by means of testing and finite element method. As a result, formulae and graphic curves for calculating local bending stress which are suitable for domestically made Ⅰ-beams are obtained. Relationship between acting point of maximum combined local bending stress and acting point of wheel pressure is induced. Reference is given to several formulae applied both domestically and in foreign countries to calculating local bending stress of an Ⅰ-beam.
