摘要
应用体外培养神经细胞缺氧模型,对黄芪抗神经细胞缺氧的最佳作用浓度进行选择。结果显示:当黄芪浓度为100mg/L 时,其四唑盐微量自动比色检测 A 值最高,与缺氧对照组相比,有显著性差异(t=5.09,p<0.01)。表明在此浓度下,神经细胞存活最多,为最佳作用浓度。
The hypoxic damages of cultured neurons from newborn rat cerebral cortex was in- duced by NaCN.Different concentration of Radix Astragali against anoxic damages of neurons in culture were observed.When the concentration of Radix Astragali was 100mg/L,the A value(cell survival number)was the highest.It showed that this concentration could be selected optimum concentration of Radix Astragali against anoxic damage.
