A New Sterol from the Fruiting Bodies of Ganoderma sinense Zhao,Xu et Zhang

摘要 目的研究紫芝Ganoderma sinense子实体的化学成分。方法通过反复硅胶柱色谱进行分离纯化,利用多种波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了5个化合物,分别为:麦角甾-7,22-二烯-2β,4α-二醇(ergosta-7,22-dien-2β,4α-diol,1)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-2β,3α,9α-三醇(ergosta-7,22-dien-2β,3α,9α-triol,2)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β,5α,6β,9α-四醇(ergosta-7,22-dien-3β,5α,6β,9α-tetraol,3)、麦角甾-7,22-二烯-3β-棕榈酸酯(ergosta-7,22-dien-3β-ylpalmitate,4)、5-羧基糠醛(5-formyl-furan-2-carboxylicacid,5)。结论化合物1为新化合物,其余化合物均为首次从紫芝中分离得到。 OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the fruiting bodies of Canoderma sinense. METHODS Individual constituents were isolated and repeatedly purified on silica gel column chromatography, identified by physicochemical constants and structurally elucidated by spectral methods. RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as: ergosta-7, 22-dien-2β, 4α-diol (1), ergosta-7, 22-dien-2β, 3α, 9α-triol (2), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β, 5α, 6β, 9α-tetraol (3), ergosta-7, 22-dien-3β-yl- palmitate (4) and 5-formylfuran-2-carboxylic acid (5). CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound, the others are isolated from G. sinense for the first time.
