摘要
目的:建立一种直接测定花旗松素的电化学新方法。方法:循环伏安法和差分脉冲伏安法。结果:花旗松素在电极上出现一组准可逆氧化还原峰,Epa=0.21V,Epc=0.01V,Ipa/Ipc=13.26/8.30=1.60。花旗松素的还原电流和浓度在1.0×10-8~5.0×10-3mol·L-1范围呈线性关系,检出限为9×10-9mol·L-1,RSD=1.3%。结论:本方法准确可靠,可用于花旗松素的测定。
Objective:To establish a novel electrochemical.method for the direct determinatio of taxifolin.Methods: Cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry.Results: One pair of quasi-reversible redox peaks of taxifolin was obtained by cyclic voltammetry with 0.19 V of Epa and 0.07 V of Epc,and Ipa/Ipc=1.60.The reduction peak current is linearly related to the concentration of taxifolin in the concentration range of 1×10-8-5×10-3 mol·L-1,the detection limit reaches of 9×10-9 mol·L-1 and RSD=1.3%.Conclusion: The method is accurate and credible and can be applicated in the determination of taxifolin.
