摘要 为了提高车门刚度的CAE仿真精度,提出了将板材成形结果(厚度、应力、应变)作为初始数据引入车门刚度分析的精细仿真方法。通过网格模型转换规则将板材成形软件KMAS/one-step生成的车门内外板的成形结果文件(*.nas)转换为结构分析软件ABAQUS能够识别的文件(*.inp),以实现成形结果的加载。仿真结果表明,精细仿真能够提高车门刚度的仿真精度。 In order to improve CAE simulation precision of auto-door stiffness,a method of fine-simulation for auto-door stiffness was proposed,in which the forming results (thickness,stress,strain) were as initial data before analysis of auto door stiffness.Forming result file(.nas) of KMAS/one-step had been converted into a file (.inp) which can be recognized by ABAQUS by means of mesh model converting rules before the file was imported.Simulation results show that the fine-simulation can improve simulation precision for auto-door stiffness,and give a feasible effective method for panel(s) and structure part(s) to improve simulation precision.
