摘要
通过综合分析目前高职高专院校学生的英语听说能力和英语国际音标的掌握情况,指出音标的牢固掌握对提高学生的英语听说能力至关重要,并具体阐述了原因,进而提出在现有的高职高专院校中大力开展音标教学可以达到亡羊补牢的效果,使学生快速提高听说能力。
The article indicates that the grasp of English international phonetic symbols is the crucial point to improve the English listening and speaking ability of professional students, and analyzes the reason of that for purpose of suggesting that launching the phonetic symbol teaching in vocational colleges is never too late for promoting the students＇ English listening and speaking ability.
