摘要
用有限元方法和实验应力分析的方法对缩放换热管在内压作用下的应力分布规律进行研究。结果表明,光滑管加工成缩放换热管后,在波峰和波谷处有较严重的应力集中现象,且在管壁厚度方向存在应力梯度,最大应力出现在波谷内表面处。通过分析指出了影响最大应力的因素,并给出了优化结构尺寸。
The stress distribution of converging-diverging tubes was studied under internal pres- sure by means of finite element method (FEM) and experimental stress analysis was made. As the result showed, significant stress concentration occurred on crests and throughs along the tube, stress gradient existed along tube wall thickness direction, and maximum stress could be found on the inner surface of troughs. The factors concerning maximum stress and also put for- ward an optimized structural dimension were put forward.
