肾移植术后移植物失功并发ARDS的成功救治1例
摘要
1病例报告患者男，37岁，因“咳嗽、尿少1周，加重伴气喘2d”于2009年1月28日入院。患者1周前受凉后出现咳嗽，伴有畏寒，乏力不适，尿量减少，约700ml／d，无明显咳痰，无发热，症状持续，自服头孢类抗菌素，效果不明显。
