摘要
目的探索“三级八岗”护理模式。方法利用现有的人力资源将护理人员按层次配备，采取分级、分组管理，责任到人，充分发挥人的主观能动性，提高护理质量。结果通过一年多来的临床护理实践，我们体会到“三级八岗”的护理模式对医院的发展有利、对护士的成长有利、对病人有利，使整体护理真正落到实处。结论：三级八岗”护理模式是适应卫生事业改革的一种可行的护理工作模式。
Objective to explore the ＂three - grade and eight - post＂ nursing mode. Method The nursing mode divide the nursing staff by different levels according the existing human resources, adopt the graduation and grouping management, the responsibility to person, displays person~ subjective initiative fully, improves the nursing quality. Result Through one more year＇s clinical nursing practice , we have realized that the ＂ three - grade and eight - post＂ nursing mode can benefit the nurses and patients, make the holistic nursing more effective. Conclusion ： The ＂three - grade and eight - post＂ nursing mode has been proved to be a feasible nursing mode which is suitable for the medical reforms.
