摘要
《政府采购法》、《招投标法》实施后,各高校纷纷对文献资源实行招标采购。本文论述招标实行的前提以及招标所带来的积极意义,阐述了高校图书馆应依据不同类型文献资源的采购特点,采取以招标为主,其他政府采购方式并行的文献资源购置模式。
In the implementation of Government Procurement Law and Tendering Law,many colleges and universities have resources bidding documents.Discussing premise of the tender and its positive significance,expounding the viewpoint that academic library should be based on the document of their procurement of different characteristics,mainly the adoption of a tender,other manner of government procurement parallel acquisition mode of document resources.
