摘要
通过问卷调查、教练员面谈等方法,对我省高校高水平教练员队伍现状进行调查研究,在肯定高校高水平教练员队伍建设所取得的成绩的同时,剖析当前我省高校高水平教练员队伍存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。
The study is conducted the actuality of coach groups at universities through the methods of questionnaire,interviewing with some coaches. Besides identifying achievements in the coaching group construction, the research dissects existing problem and proposes some corresponding counter- measures to provide reference for the reform and development of competitive sports at universities.
