摘要
目的观察酒肝清颗粒治疗肝郁脾虚型酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予酒肝清颗粒治疗,对照组采用东宝肝泰片治疗。结果治疗组临床疗效和临床症状改善情况均明显优于对照组。结论酒肝清颗粒治疗肝郁脾虚型酒精性脂肪肝临床疗效满意。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of jiuganqing granule on the patients with alcoholic fatty liver of liver qi stagnation and the spleen deficiency. Methods The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with jiuganqing granule and the control group was with dongbao gantai tablet. Results The clinical efficacy and the improvement in clinical symptoms in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group. Conclusion Jiuganqing granule has satisfactory effect in the treatment of alcoholic fatty liver of liver qi stagnation and the spleen deficiency.
