摘要
系统能归并工程信息并按规则进行检验,最后自动生成决算文件。应用结果表明,通过使用该系统使工程管理员搜集基础数据和编制决算文件,以及项目管理员和工程财务人员审核所花的平均时长,可由传统方式下的1.5 h减少到目前的15 min,大大提高了工程管理工作效率,节约了大量人力成本。
The system can merger the project information and test according to the rules, and finally generate the account files. The application shows that the system can help the project managers search the basic data and prepare the account files, and that the time for the item managers and project financial staff in auditing account files can be reduced from 1.5 hours to 15 minutes, the project management efficiency will be greatly improved, and the manpower cost will also be saved.
