摘要
连杆是汽车发动机中的重要零件,其强度、刚度和质量对提高发动机的动力性和可靠性至关重要。为了保证发动机的可靠性,要求连杆材料具有良好的综合性能。介绍了汽车发动机连杆材料的发展特点及其应用现状,研究指出了金属基复合材料的巨大优势和发展应用前景,并结合粉末冶金工艺研究指出了金属基复合连杆材料的制备工艺思路。
Automobile engine connecting rod is an important part of engine. Its strength, stiffness and quality is very important to improve the power performance and reliability of engine. In order to ensure the reliability of engine, materials in connecting rod must have good overall performance. This paper discusses the development and application status of automotive engine connecting rod materials, indicates the great predominance and development prospect of metal composite materials in connecting rod, and points out its preparation technology ideas combination of powder metallurgy method.
