摘要
对目前设备评标常用的几种方法进行分析,同时针对设备评标过程中模糊、灰色的特点,提出了一种基于灰色理论和模糊数学的综合评标方法。在评标过程中,运用模糊评价实现了定性评价到定量评价的合理转化,采用灰色统计方法建立了设备评标的模糊评价矩阵,利用灰色关联度分析法确定了各级评价指标的权重,使评标方法在综合性、合理性、科学性等方面得到了改进。最后,通过案例实证分析,表明了该方法在设备评标过程中具有实用性和有效性。
Several methods which are used in evaluation of equipment bids process are analyzed, and the process of equipment evaluation have the characteristics of fuzzy and gray. then a method of equipment evaluation based on gray theory and fuzzy comprehensive is introduced. In the process of evaluation , the using of fuzzy evaluation achieves the transformation from qualitative evaluation to quantitative assessment, grey relation analysis is utilized to obtain the weights of the indexes, and gray statistic method is utilized to establish fuzzy evaluation matrix. Then, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to get the evaluation of procurement of equipment, the method of evaluation has been improved in the rational, scientific, etc. Finally, an application example is given to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the evaluation system.
