摘要
以ISO9000质量管理体系为框架,通过建立和实施血站档案质量管理体系,从而规范血站档案管理,确保血液质量。建立血站质量管理体系,可以从组织、机构和法律等最基础层面为血站实施全面质量管理奠定基础,通过领导亲抓、全员参与、制订体系文件、加大培训力度和加强监督评估等关键环节的控制来实现。
Take the ISO9000 as the frame, construct and actualize the quality management system, we can make the files management of the blood bank normative and ensure the quality of the blood. We can build the base by implementing the total quality management through the organization, construction and the law. And realize it through the control of the pivotal links just as the total join, make up the system files, enhance the dynamism of training, monitor and evaluation.
