摘要
目的探讨急性酒精中毒并误吸的防范及处理。方法回顾性分析2006年6月～2009年9月笔者所在医院收治的23例急性酒精中毒并误吸的患者。结果3例因误吸窒息死亡；4例发生肺不张、急性呼吸衰竭；5例出现ARDS、呼吸衰竭；11例发生不同程度的吸入性肺炎。结论急性酒精中毒误吸的危害性大，对急性酒精中毒患者应加强病情监护，早期采取防范误吸的措施以及发生误吸后采取积极救治措施，可减少急性酒精中毒误吸及误吸窒息死亡的发生。
Objective To investigate the prevention and treatment of aspiration form acute alcoholism. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with aspiration form acute alcoholism from June,2006 to September,2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results 3 cases died due to aspiration asphyxia;4 cases had atelectasis and respiratory failure,5 cases had ARDS and respiratory failure; 11 cases had aspiration pneumonia. Con- clusion Aspiration form acute alcoholism is harmful,it is important to intensified acute alcoholism patient monitor,take preventive mensure of aspiration early and take tretment in time can reduce the incidence rate of aspiration form acute alcoholism and death from aspiration asphyxia.
