摘要
为了减少大型水电站施工过程中物资材料的非正常消耗,提高物资管理水平,提出落实和加强物资管控和核销工作。介绍了施工过程中物资核销的内容和应采取的方法。同时指出应从各个方面加强物资核销中的过程控制工作,使核销工作能够切实地保证施工质量和进度,降低工程成本并防止风险。
In order to decrease the abnormal consumption of materials during the construction of large-scale hydropower station and upgrading the management level,we propose implementing and strengthening material management and cancellation-after-verification,and present the contents and methods of material cancellation-after-verification.At the same time,the process control of cancellation-after-verification shall be enhanced in every aspect,so as to ensure the construction progress and quality,and reduce engineering cost and control the related risks.
