64排螺旋CT对颅内血管性病变的诊断价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨64排螺旋CT血管造影(SCTA)对颅内血管性病变的诊断价值。方法:搜集我科2007年8月-2009年7月31例颅内血管性病变患者,应用64排螺旋CT血管造影并进行容积重建、多平面重建和最大密度投影,评价SCTA对颅内血管性病变的诊断价值。结果:31例患者中,颅内动脉瘤18例、动静脉畸形9例、静脉瘤2例、动脉狭窄2例。SCTA可清楚显示病变的位置、大小、形态以及与周围血管和颅骨的关系,对动静脉畸形能清晰显示供血动脉和引流静脉。结论:SCTA具有无创、快捷、安全、准确性高等特点,可作为颅内血管性病变首选而有效的检查方法。 Objective:To investage the diagnostic value of 64-slice spiral computed tomography angiography (SCTA) on intracranial vascular diseases.Methods:31 cases with intracranial vascular diseases were detected with SCTA from 2007.8 to 2009.7; VR, MPR and MIP were performed to display blood vessels and evaluate the diagnostic value of SCTA on intracranial vascular diseases.Results: Among the 31 cases, 18 cases were intracranial aneurysm, 9 cases arteriorvenous malformation (AVM), 2 cases venous aneurysm and 2 cases arteriostenosis. SCTA could display the location, size, morphology and relationships with adjacent vessels and skull of the pathological changes. To AVM, SCTA could clearly display the feeding artery and draining vein. Conclusions:SCTA has the features such as atraumatic, fast, safe and high accuracy; So it can be used as the first and effective method in diagnosing of intracranial vascular diseases.
