摘要 采用集中质量法建立了齿轮传动系统的动力学模型,并通过解析法对模型进行求解,研究齿轮传动系统的啮合刚度和啮合阻尼对齿轮传动时产生的振动影响。结果表明,提高啮合刚度、增大啮合阻尼都能有效地降低齿轮传动时产生的振动和噪声。为齿轮传动系统实现减振降噪提出了可行的优化措施。 Dynamic model of gear transmission system was established by concentrated mass method, and the model was solved by analytic method. The effect of meshing stiffness and meshing damping on gear vibration in gear transmission system was studied. The results show that the vibration and noise problems in gear transmission can be effectively reduced by improving meshing stiffness, increasing meshing damping. Some optimized solutions were provided for reducing the vibration and noise problems in gear transmis- sion system.
