摘要
公开征稿是学术期刊扩大和优化稿源的重要途径,通过公开征稿可以培养优势学科、增强特色栏目建设、防止学术腐败和提升期刊的学术品位。而公开征稿文本的形成及发表关系到征稿的效果和质量,征稿文本要做到科学表述、合理布局、规范要求,力图展现期刊的要约诚意和整体形象。公开征稿后的审稿工作应坚持有所为有所不为的原则,积极发挥编辑的纽带作用,提高审稿的时间效能,准确选择高质量的学术论文,大胆剔除观点陈旧、缺乏新意的文章,做到精益求精、优中选优,同时对于审稿后的稿件处理要明确责任,讲究退修和退稿策略,赢得作者的谅解和赞誉。
Open collection of contributions, an important way to widen and optimize the resources of contributions to academic joumals, helps cultivate advantaged subjects, strengthen the construction of featured columns, avoid academic corruption and up- grade the academic taste of academic journals. Instructions to authors should be clear, well-organized and canonical so as to show the sincerity and the image of the journals. Contributions should be promptly examined based on their quality. Such strategy may help improve the efficiency and effectualness of open collection of contributions.
