摘要
通过室内盐水中三种碳钢材料(Q235钢、N80钢、J55钢)的腐蚀试验,探讨了温度、CO_2压力、流速等因素的腐蚀影响作用及规律。试验结果表明,对碳钢腐蚀最为严重的条件是60℃、较高流速、1 MPa CO_2饱和的1%~3%盐水;有油存在时腐蚀速率会大幅下降。
The effects of temperature and flow velocity on corrosion were studied by analyzing the corrosion behaviors of three metal materials in saline. The results show that the most severe corrosion conditions for carbon steel were 60℃ ,high flow velocity and 1%-3% saline saturated with 1 MPa CO2. And the corrosion rate would decrease sharply in the oil-containing condition.
