摘要
结合最新的网络通信技术、随遇计算技术与雷达探测技术,提出了"随遇感知雷达网"这一新概念,并对其系统组成、性能特点、优势特征与重要作用等进行了详细地分析与论述。
The new conception about ＂ubiquitous detecting radar netting＂ is put forward according to the new network communication technique, ubiquitous computing technique and radar technique. The system constitution, performance, advanced characteristic of this radar netting are analyzed in detail.
