摘要
西部少数民族权益法治保障具有理论依据、宪政依据和现实依据。因此,必须加强法治建设,保障西部少数民族权益。
There have theoretic basis, constitutional basis and practical basis for legal guarantee of rights and interests of western minority. Thus, we should enhance the construction of law and guarantee rights and interests of western minority.
