Conductive properties of ZrO 2 SiC complexes have been studied.The experimental results show that the content of SiC,hot press conditions and serviceability temperature have obvious affect on electric resistivity of ZrO 2 SiC composites.On the basis of the experimental results,conductive properties of ZrO 2 SiC composites have been investigated.
