摘要
为了解稻纵卷叶螟对不同杀虫剂的敏感性,指导科学用药,2009年采用点滴法测定了阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐(简称"甲维盐")等7种杀虫剂对惠州市田间采集的稻纵卷叶螟5龄幼虫的触杀毒力。结果表明:在所测药剂中,稻纵卷叶螟对甲维盐的敏感性最高(LD50值为0.00010μg/头),对杀虫单的敏感性最低(LD50值为9.3703μg/头);各药剂按相对毒力从高到低依次为甲维盐(6044,括号内数字为相对毒力指数,以下相同)、阿维菌素(335.8)、氯虫苯甲酰胺(177.8)、丁烯氟虫腈(29.8)、丙溴磷(1.3)、毒死蜱(1)、杀虫单(0.06)。根据试验结果,对这7种药剂在稻纵卷叶螟上的敏感性状况和田间合理使用进行了讨论。
To give advice to rational pesticide application, susceptibility of rice leaf folder(Cnaphalocrocis medinalis Gfien6e) to various insecticides was examined using topical application method on 5th instar larvae collected from paddy fields in Huizhou, Guangdong Province, China in 2009. Results showed that emamectin benzoate was the most susceptible among insecticides tested (LD500:0.000 10 μg/larva) while monosutap being the least susceptible(LD500:9.370 3 μg/larva); and that relative toxicities of the 7 insecticides were as follows: emamectin benzoate 6044(relative toxicity index), abamectin 335.8, chlorantraniliprole 177.8, butyl-fipronil 29.8, profenofos 1.3, chlorpyrifos 1 and monosultap 0.06. Based on test results, susceptibility status and rational application of these insecticides in controlling of rice leaffolder were discussed.
