摘要
采用模糊综合评判的方法建立了灌区用水水平评价模型,并对滦河下游灌区的用水水平进行了评价与分析。
The evaluation model on water utilization level in irrigation district was established with the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation And the water utilization level in irrigation district of Luanhe′s downstream was evaluated and analyzed.
