摘要
介绍了绿色施工概念及我国绿色施工发展现状,从组织管理、规划管理、实施管理、人员安全和健康管理、评价管理等方面探讨了如何进行绿色施工管理,同时以一个奥运工程项目为例进行说明。
This paper introduces the concept and development status of China’s green construction, and makes discussion on how to manage the green construction from the aspects of organization management, program manage - ment, action management, safety and health management and evaluation management, taking an Olympic project as an example.
