摘要
模块化设计是一种先进的设计方法,涉及各个领域,不同领域表现形式千差万别,种类和规格举不胜举,其同种产品不同系列、同类产品之间、甚至跨行业之间的机械具有不同程度的共性。为此可以把这些相关的机械按照功能的角度进行模块划分与设计,结合CBR技术设计一套机械系列产品模块化设计软件,进行机械产品的模块划分与规划是该软件实施的前提和基础,以全自动包装机为例来说明机械产品模块化划分与设计的思想,依次类推可设计出相关产品的功能模块,从而为该软件实施和实用性打下坚实的基础。
Modular design is an advanced designing method,involving all fields,different and numerous forms ,categories and specifications in different fields ,and it has different levels of common characters in different series of same products ,same products and even different industries. Therefore ,we can do some module partition and design to some related machines according to function,and combine CBR to design a set of modular design sofiwares of mechanical product,module partition and planning of machine product are the premise and foundation of it. It has taken full-automatic packer as an example to explain the thought for machine product module partition and design,according to this way it can design functional modules of related products, therefore this is prepare for software＇s implementation and practicability.
