手术治疗青少年髂前上棘撕脱骨折的体会 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨青少年髂前上棘撕脱骨折的发病原因和手术治疗方法。方法对12例髂前上棘撕脱骨折的青少年患者行切开复位，根据撕脱骨块的大小分别采用松质骨螺钉、空心钉、克氏针加钢丝或可吸收缝线固定。结果全部病例获6～9个月随访，平均（7．63±1．56）个月，术后无切口感染，无内固定松动及断裂，也未出现股外侧皮神经损伤所导致的大腿外侧麻木。12周复查X线提示骨折处全部骨性愈合。患侧髋关节活动范围正常，可参加正常体育活动，效果理想。结论手术治疗青少年髂前上棘撕脱骨折疗效好、康复快。
