摘要
随着个人知识的不断增加,个人知识管理的重要性逐渐显现,而个人知识管理离不开相关技术与方法的应用。本文从个人知识获取、分析、评估、组织与展示、协作与共享5个方面梳理了个人知识管理的有关理论,并根据目前常用的个人知识管理方面的软件及其成熟产品,系统探索了个人知识管理的有关技术与方法。
With personal knowledge increasing, personal knowledge management has become more and more important. But personal knowledge management needs the helps of various techniques and methods, This paper combs out the relevant theories of personal knowledge management in five aspects as follows： orientation and collection, analysis and evaluation, organization and display, cooperation and sharing. According to the correlative software and products commonly used currently, the author explores the relevant techniques and methods of personal knowledge management.
