摘要
分析北京地铁接触轨系统所采用的各种绝缘子的优缺点,提出在电气性能、机械性能不降低的前提下,采用成型快、成品一致性好、易回收、环保、价格低的热塑性复合材质的绝缘子。从材料特性、绝缘子结构和成型工艺等方面,详细阐述三元复合绝缘子的特点,并与北京地铁目前采用的各种绝缘子进行比较。
Advantages and disadvantages of all kinds of insulators for the third rail system of Beijing metro are analyzed. New insulators with equivalent electrical and mechanical characteristics and made from thermoplastic composite materials are recommended,which feature faster molding,better uniformity,great recyclability,environmentallyfriendliness and the low price. Characteristics of composite insulators are described in detail from the aspects of materials,configuration and molding techniques,and comparisons were made between the composite insulator and other kinds of insulators used in Beijing metro at present.
