摘要
区际R&D创新合作是R&D全球化下区域间实现要素资源优化整合的有效途径。海峡两岸的闽台地区不同程度的都处于向技术创新增长型产业结构转型期,彼此拥有进行R&D创新合作的比较优势。本文分析了闽台开展R&D创新合作的全球背景和内在需求,提出了两地未来实施R&D创新合作的重点领域,同时探讨了深化闽台R&D创新合作应采取的相关政策措施。最后,提出闽台R&D创新合作是提升海峡西岸经济区创新竞争力并最终使该区域强势崛起的根本动力。
The cooperation of R＆D and innovation between regions is the effective approach that making yielding factors and resources between regions achieve optimize and integration in R＆D globalization era. Fujian and Taiwan on the each side of Taiwan Strait more or less all in the period of transforming into the incremental industrial structure of technological innovation. Each region has comparative advantage in the industrial cooperation of R＆D and innovation. The essay analyses the global background and internal demands that carrying out the cooperation of R＆D and innovation between Fujian and Taiwan, putting forward the important areas that carrying out the cooperation of R＆D and innovation between Fujian and Taiwan in the future. At the same time, it discusses the relative policies and measures that should implement in deepening the cooperation of R＆D and innovation between Fujian and Taiwan. In the end, the essay brings forward that the cooperation of R＆D and innovation is the ultimate impetus that driving the innovative competitive power of the economic region on the west side of Taiwan Strait exalt and at last making it grow up robustly into new economic growth plate in China.
