摘要
在残余应力的数值模拟及试验测量基础上,综述了残余应力对以珠光体钢丝为代表的高强度钢丝力学性能的影响,讨论了残余应力在钢丝应用出现的应力松弛、疲劳和环境促进断裂等失效现象中所起的作用。
The influence of residual stress profiles on the mechanical properties of cold-drawn pearlitic steel wires is discussed, on a basis of the review of the progressing achievement in theoretical and experimental research of residual stress in high-strength steel wires. The role of residual stress is taken into account when presenting the failure phenomena, such as stress relaxation, fatigue and environmental assisted fracture (stress corrosion cracking or hydrogen assisted cracking) in steel wire applications.
