摘要 积极情绪是积极心理学的重要研究内容。Fredrickson的拓展-建构理论解释了积极情绪体验不但反映个体的幸福,而且有利于个体的成长和发展,具有长期的适应价值。即积极情绪具有两大核心功能:瞬时的拓展功能,可以拓展个体即时的思维—行动范畴;长期的建构功能,可建构个体长久的身体、认知、社会等的资源。通过两大功能,积极情绪促使个体产生螺旋式上升并增进个体幸福。
